General business conditions
These conditions regulate the relationship between Pola-impex d.o.o., Platinum Real Estate Istria, as the real estate agency, and the client.
Property offer
Listings are based on information received from owners, clients and available documents. Prices, availability and property characteristics must be confirmed before concluding a transaction.
Agency obligations
- seek opportunities for the intended transaction with professional care
- present relevant property information available to the Agency
- organise communication and viewings
- inspect available ownership and property documentation
- inform the client of material circumstances known to the Agency
- protect personal and confidential information
- support negotiations and preparation of the transaction
Client obligations
- provide complete and accurate information and documentation
- inform the Agency of changes affecting the transaction
- allow property presentation and viewings when agreed
- disclose legal, physical or other defects known to the client
- pay the agreed agency fee and documented costs when due
Agency fee
The amount, due date and scope of the agency fee are determined by the brokerage agreement and applicable law. Additional services and costs are charged only when agreed or legally justified.
Duration and termination
The brokerage agreement lasts for the agreed period. It may be terminated under the agreement and applicable law, without affecting obligations that arose before termination.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be sent to info@platinumistra.com or delivered to the Agency. The parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. Croatian law and the competent court apply unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
